Clean, prep and sand all painted parts |

Primer and paint frame and all metal parts |

Clean and prep all plastic parts, install new labels |

Electronic repair: Check all electronics including circuit boards-Repair and replace when necessary |

Reassemble bed with all the new parts |
|
Replace couplings, bushings, wheels |
|
Install new plastics/labels |
|
Adjust brake and steer functions |
|
Grease and lubricate all moving parts including motor assembly |

Head and footboard repair and install |
|
Final inspection and quality control |
|
Test all functions |
|
Clean and detail bed |

Pack or crate bed for delivery |
